The aim of the campaign is to combat discrimination against women with children up to 14 years, and women after the age of 45, in employment and in professional activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within the framework of the advocacy campaign the following was done:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">focus-group discussions on prevention and counteraction of discrimination of women with children under 14 years old and women aged over 45, in employment and professional activities. Women who faced discrimination and had positive and negative experience in protecting their rights participated in the focus-group discussions;<\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seminars with a lawyer \"Protection of the labor rights of women with children under 14 years old and women aged over 45, in employment and in professional activities. \u201cThreats of illegal employment\u201d and training \"Experience of EU countries in achieving gender equality of women and men\";<\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">round table on basic provisions and measures on implementation of gender equality policy in Chuhuyiv Community;<\/span><\/li>\n\t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\"Tell your Story\" event, which resulted in publishing 29 stories about prevention and counteraction of discrimination Chuhuyiv City Council we developed the \"Policy for ensuring gender equality principles for organizations of different forms of ownership\" with the purpose of providing practical assistance to managers and employees of enterprises in the implementation of gender equality policy, as well as changes and additions to the Code of Conduct of the civil servant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to attract residents of Chuhuyiv to the women's movement, we made and distributed the video \"Why does a modern woman need feminism?\". According to the results of the survey of participants of the events, 85% of respondents received new useful knowledge about counteraction of discrimination and became more active in protection of
